ClubLitty provides nightlife discovery, business claim, contribution and inquiry tools. By using ClubLitty, you agree to these terms.

Verify time-sensitive information

Hours, admission, prices, age policies, dress rules, event status and crowd conditions can change. Confirm important details with the venue or official ticket provider before traveling or paying.

Google Maps content

Place facts labeled as Google Maps content are provided through Google Maps Platform and are subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service. You may not use ClubLitty to extract, scrape, bulk download or create a separate database from that content.

ClubLitty content

ClubLitty-owned descriptions, categories, moderation decisions and venue intelligence may not be copied for a competing database without permission. Members and venue representatives keep their rights to reviews, photos, media and text they are authorized to submit and grant ClubLitty a non-exclusive permission to store, display, resize and moderate that material to operate and promote the service.

Claims and contributions

Claimants must be authorized to represent the named business. Contributors must not submit fabricated information, private personal data, unsafe instructions, unlawful media or content they do not have the right to share. Reviews must describe a genuine personal experience. ClubLitty may review, reject, expire, suspend or remove a claim, review, photo or report.

No guarantee of admission or safety

ClubLitty does not guarantee admission, reservations, tickets, capacity, accessibility, suitability or safety. Make your own transportation and personal-safety decisions and follow venue rules and local law.

ChatGPT plugin scope

The public ClubLitty ChatGPT plugin is a read-only discovery, comparison and planning experience. It does not sell or promote paid services, place advertisements, purchase tickets, make reservations, book venues, submit reports or guarantee current conditions.
